COMPENSO

Ciascun operatore volontario selezionato sarà chiamato a sottoscrivere con il Dipartimento un contratto che fissa, tra l’altro, l’importo dell’assegno mensile per lo svolgimento del servizio in

€ 507,30.

REQUISITI

Per partecipare alla selezione, come previsto dall’art. 14 del decreto legislativo 6 marzo 2017, n. 40, è richiesto al giovane il possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

  1. Cittadinanza italiana, oppure di uno degli altri Stati membri dell’Unione Europea, oppure di un Paese extra Unione Europea purché il candidato sia regolarmente soggiornante in Italia;
  2. Aver compiuto il diciottesimo anno di età e non aver superato il ventottesimo anno di età (28 anni e 364 giorni) alla data di presentazione della domanda;
  3. Non aver riportato condanna, anche non definitiva, alla pena della reclusione superiore ad un anno per delitto non colposo oppure ad una pena, anche di entità inferiore, per un delitto contro la persona o concernente detenzione, uso, porto, trasporto, importazione o esportazione illecita di armi o materie esplodenti, oppure per delitti riguardanti l’appartenenza o il favoreggiamento a gruppi eversivi, terroristici o di criminalità organizzata.

Non possono presentare domanda i giovani che:

  • Appartengano ai corpi militari e alle forze di polizia;
  • Abbiano interrotto il servizio civile universale, digitale, ambientale o finanziato dal PON-IOG “Garanzia Giovani” prima della scadenza prevista;
  • Intrattengano, all’atto della pubblicazione del presente bando, con l’ente titolare del progetto rapporti di lavoro/di collaborazione retribuita a qualunque titolo, oppure abbiano avuto tali rapporti di durata superiore a tre mesi nei 12 mesi precedenti la data di pubblicazione del bando; in tali fattispecie sono ricompresi anche gli stage retribuiti.

Possono presentare domanda di Servizio civile i giovani che, fermo restando il possesso dei requisiti di cui al presente articolo:

  • nel corso del 2020/2021, a causa degli effetti delle situazioni di rischio legate all’emergenza epidemiologica da Covid-19 e/o legate alla sicurezza di alcuni Paesi esteri di destinazione, abbiano interrotto il servizio volontariamente o perché il progetto in cui erano impegnati è stato definitivamente interrotto dall’ente, a condizione che il periodo del servizio prestato non sia stato superiore a sei mesi; 
  • abbiano interrotto il Servizio civile a conclusione di un procedimento sanzionatorio a carico dell’ente che ha causato la revoca del progetto, oppure a causa di chiusura del progetto 0 della sede di attuazione su richiesta motivata dell’ente, a condizione che, in tutti i casi, il periodo del servizio prestato non sia stato superiore a sei mesi; 
  • abbiano interrotto il Servizio civile universale a causa del superamento dei giorni di malattia previsti, a condizione che il periodo del servizio prestato non sia stato superiore a sei mesi; 
  • abbiano già prestato servizio in un progetto finanziato dal PON-IOG “Garanzia Giovani”. L’avvio in servizio per lo svolgimento del nuovo progetto è subordinato all’aver regolarmente concluso il progetto finanziato dal PON-IOG “Garanzia Giovani”; 
  • abbiano già svolto il Servizio civile nell’ambito del progetto sperimentale europeo International Volunteering Opportunities far Ali o nell’ambito dei progetti per i Corpi civih di pace; 
  • abbiano già svolto il “servizio civile regionale” ossia un servizio istituito con una legge regionale o di una provincia autonoma; – nel corso del 2021 siano stati avviati in servizio per la partecipazione ad un progetto finanziato dal PON-IOG “Garanzia Giovani” e successivamente, a seguito di verifiche effettuate dal Dipartimento, esclusi per mancanza del possesso dei requisiti aggiuntivi. 

Possono inoltre presentare domanda di Servizio le operatrici volontarie ammesse al Servizio civile in occasione di precedenti selezioni e successivamente poste in astensione per gravidanza e maternità, che non hanno completato i sei mesi di servizio, al netto del periodo di astensione, purché in possesso dei requisiti di cui ai precedenti articoli.   

COME PARTECIPARE AL BANDO

Per poter partecipare alla selezione occorre innanzitutto individuare il progetto di SCU.

Per avere l’elenco dei progetti di SCU in Italia (dove si trovano anche i progetti di Caritas diocesana Bergamasca) occorre utilizzare i motori di ricerca “Scegli il tuo progetto in Italia”.

Per trovare più facilmente i progetti e le sedi che afferiscono a Caritas diocesana Bergamasca vi consigliamo di inserire come campo di ricerca la Regione (Lombardia), la Provincia (Bergamo). Trovate comunque a fine pagina un file riassuntivo per presentare la domanda per i nostri due progetti.

Gli aspiranti operatori volontari dovranno presentare la domanda di partecipazione esclusivamente attraverso la piattaforma Domanda on Line (DOL) raggiungibile tramite PC, tablet e smartphone all’indirizzo https://domandaonline.serviziocivile.it/.

Le domande di partecipazione devono essere presentate entro e non oltre le ore 14.00 del 18 febbraio 2025.

Per accedere ai servizi di compilazione e presentazione domanda sulla piattaforma DOL occorre che il candidato sia riconosciuto dal sistema.

  • I cittadini italiani residenti in Italia o all’estero possono accedervi esclusivamente con SPID (Sul sito dell’Agenzia per l’Italia Digitale www.agid.gov.it/it/piattaforme/spid sono disponibili tutte le informazioni su cosa è SPID, quali servizi offre e come si richiede. Per la Domanda On-Line di Servizio civile occorrono credenziali SPID di livello di sicurezza 2), il Sistema Pubblico di Identità Digitale.
  • I cittadini di Paesi appartenenti all’Unione europea e gli stranieri regolarmente soggiornanti in Italia, se non avessero la disponibilità di acquisire lo SPID, potranno accedere ai servizi della piattaforma DOL attraverso apposite credenziali da richiedere al Dipartimento, secondo una procedura disponibile sulla home page della piattaforma stessa.

COMPENSATION

Each selected volunteer operator will be asked to sign a contract with the department which  establishes, among other things, the amount of the monthly allowance for carrying out the service in.

€507,30.

REQUIREMENTS

To participate in the selection, as provided for by art.14 of the legislative decree of 6 march 2017, n.40, the young person is required to possess the following requirements:

1.       Italian citizenship, or citizenship of one of the other member state of the european union, or of a non-european union country provided that the candidate is regularly resident in italy       

2.     Be at least eighteen years of age and not more than twenty-eight years of age (28 years and 364 days) on the date of submission of the application;

3.     Not having been sentenced, even if not definitive, to a prison sentence exceeding one year for a non-culpable crime or to a sentence, even of a lesser extent, for a crime against the person or concerning the illegal possession, use , carrying, transportation, import or export of weapons or explosive materials, or for crimes concerning membership or aiding subversive, terrorist or organised crime groups.

WHO CANNOT APPLY

  • young people who belong to the military and police forces;
  • those who have interrupted the universal, digital, environmental or PON-IOG funded civil services “youth guarantee” before the expected deadline;

.At the time of publication of this notice, they have an employment/paid collaboration relationship of any kind with the entity holding the project, or have had such relationship lasting more than three months in the 12 months preceding the date of publication of the notice; paid internships are also included in the cases.

Young people who, while still meeting the requirements set out in this article, may apply for civil services:

  • during 2020/2021 due to the effects of risk situations related to the covid-19 health emergency and/or related to the safety of some region destinations countries, they interrupted their services voluntarily or because the project in which they were involved was permanently interrupted by the institution, provided that the period of services provided did not exceed six months;
  • have interrupted the civil services at the conclusion of a sanctioning procedure against the body which caused the revocation of the project, or due to the closure of the project or of the implementation office upon motivated request of the body, provided did not exceed six months;
  • have already served in a project financed by PON-IOG “youth guarantee”. The start of services  for the implementation of the new project to having regularly completed the project financed by PON-IOG “youth guarantee”;
  • have already completed civil services within the framework of the european experimental project international volunteering opportunities far Ali or within the framework of the projects for the civil peace corps;
  • have already completed the “regional civil services”, i.e. services established by a regional law or by an autonomous province;- during 2021, they were sent into service to participate in a project financed by the PON-IOG “youth guarantee” and subsequently, following checks carried out by the department, excluded for lack of possession of the additional requirements.
  • Volunteer workers admitted to the civil service during previous selections and subsequently placed on leave  due to pregnancy and maternity, who have not completed six months of service, net of the leave of absence, may also apply for the service, provided they meet the requirements set out in the previous article

THE SCU PROJECT

To have the list of SCU projects in Italy (where the projects of Caritas Diocesana Bergamasca are also located) you need to use the search engines “choose your project in Italy”.

To find more easily the projects and offices that belong to cìCaritas Diocesana Bergamasca we recommend you to insert the region (Lombardy), the province (Bergamo) as a search field. In any case, you will find at the end of the page a summary file to submit the application for our two projects.

Aspiring volunteers must submit their application for participation exclusively through the Domanda online (DOL) platform, accessible via PC, tablet and smartphone at https://domandaonline.serviziocivile.it/

Applications must be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. on february 18, 2025

To access the application compilation and submission services on the DOL platform, the candidate must be recognized by the system.

Italian citizens residing in italy or abroad can access it exclusively with SPID (on the website of the Agency for Digital italy

www.agid.gov.it/it/piattaforme/spid you can find all the information on what SPID is, what services it offers and how to apply. For the on-line Application for civil services you need SPID credentials with security level 2), the public Digital identity system.

Citizens of countries belonging to the European Union and foreigners regularly residing in Italy, if they are not able to acquire the SPID, will be able to access the services of the DOL platform through specific credentials to be requested from the department, according to a procedure available on the home page of the platform itself.
